Customer Service Calls
• Performance-based incentive plan;
• Fully paid professional training program and all the support you need to succeed;
• Availability to work in the following time-slots:
• Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm EST;
• Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST;
• This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.

HVAC Customer Service Calls
• Review and prioritize service requests ensuring all the information needed to clearly understand the service required has been listed
• Determine which technician is best suited and available for the work and schedule accordingly
• Update the schedule hourly (or as required)
• Communicate service and schedule activities with the technicians and other service coordinators
• Review work activities that occurred after-hours
• Respond quickly to customers

Logistics
• Input and retrieve load data in appropriate systems
• Review load information and identify ability to complete by reviewing fleet and carrier availability
• Communicate with appropriate parties, ensuring accurate information is shared according to established protocols and systems
• Track and trace cross border shipments, and ensure compliance with the designated destinations, communicating to relevant parties
• Ensure issues are resolved timely, changes are updated and communicated, and provide ongoing insights and analysis
